Airsupply Warranty Policy

This 2-Year Limited Warranty is issued by Airsupply and applies to all exhaust fans, ventilation hoods, and filters purchased from Airsupply. This Warranty provides customers with coverage against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.


1. Warranty Coverage


Airsupply warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.


What is Covered:

Motor Failure: If the motor stops working within the warranty period due to a defect, we will replace it at no cost to the customer.

 Blower Damage: If the blower is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the unit.

Broken Welds: If any welds break due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will cover the repair or replacement.


2. Warranty Exclusions


This Warranty does not cover the following:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with warranty claims.

Shipping Damage: Any damage that occurs during shipping is not covered by this Warranty. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Failure Due to Lack of Maintenance: Damage or failure of the blower or motor due to improper cleaning and maintenance is not covered. A dirty blower can cause excessive strain, leading to blower or motor failure.

Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration due to regular use is not covered.

 Improper Use or Installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Electrical Issues: Failures caused by improper wiring, power surges, or external electrical factors are not covered.

 Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or other aesthetic issues that do not affect functionality are not covered.

Accidental or External Damage: Any issues resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or external forces are not covered.


3. Warranty Claim Process


If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for coverage under this Warranty, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us info@airsupplycorp.com or call [832-540-7936] with your order number and proof of purchase.

2. Provide Documentation Send photos or videos showing the issue for our assessment.

3. Evaluation and Approval  If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair of the defective part.


4. Warranty Service Terms

Replacement or Repair: If a motor, blower, or weld fails due to a covered issue, we will replace or repair the unit as necessary.

 No Warranty on Replacement Units: Any replacement unit provided under this Warranty does not come with a new warranty. If the customer wants warranty coverage for the replacement unit, they must purchase a new warranty separately.

 Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with warranty claims.

 Customer Keeps the Old Unit: The original unit does not need to be returned to us.


5. Customer Responsibilities


To maintain Warranty coverage, you must:

 Install the product properly according to Airsupply€™ instructions.

 Perform regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent dirt buildup in the blower, which can cause motor or blower failure.

 Retain proof of purchase to verify eligibility for Warranty claims.

 Inspect shipments upon delivery and report any shipping damage directly to the carrier.


6. Limitation of Liability


Airsupply€™ liability under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall Airsupply be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business disruption, or labor costs associated with product failure.


The maximum liability under this Warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.


7. Governing Law


This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Airsupply operates. Any disputes arising from this Warranty shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
